Building Maintenance & Technical Services Department

1. General Information

• Position: Sales Executive
• Department: Maintenance Department
• Reports to: Sales Manager / Sales Director
• Income: 18 – 35 million+ VND/month

2. Job Description

• Identify, prospect, and develop clients requiring technical maintenance services (for buildings, factories, offices, and chain facilities).
• Advise clients on technical system maintenance solutions/packages (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, etc.).
• Coordinate with the technical team to conduct site surveys, develop proposals, and prepare quotations for clients.
• Negotiate and sign contracts; oversee the service implementation process.
• Manage existing client relationships; drive revenue through contract renewals and expansions.
• Prepare sales and KPI reports in accordance with company regulations.

3. Requirements

• College or University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (flexible based on qualifications).
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, persuasion, and contract closing.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in sales related to technical services, maintenance, MEP, or building systems.
• Proactive, able to handle sales pressure, and motivated by high earning potential.

4. Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary: 10 – 15 million VND.
• Commission: 2% – 4% of realized revenue.
• KPI bonus: 2 – 5 million VND (monthly/quarterly).
